Being Playful with Gratitude

You may have heard of the health benefits of gratitude practices; research supports gratitude has the power to change our brains. [1] Whether that gratitude is thought about, written about, or spoken— all of these methods have shown to have benefits.

Today we will combine what we know about the benefits of gratitude with one other common human experience— the love of novelty or something new. You may have noticed, we humans tend to seek out or be drawn to novelty and in fact, it often correlates with a feeling of happiness. [2] Knowing the benefits of both, Team Solidago set out to create a Gratitude Bingo game to be played alone, with friends, over as long of a time period as you wish, and with a straight line bingo or completion of the entire card. Simply put— enjoy its use in a way that works best for you.

There are items of reflection and action on this board— some familiar, and perhaps some you haven’t considered previously. As we enter the time period of less daylight, we hope this brightens your day.
