It is the weekend and a time many choose to slow down. As we reflect on our monthly theme of recalibrate for another week, we can’t help but notice how perfectly the plants and trees show us what it looks like to welcome the need for recalibration.

Autumn in the northern United States has a way of telling us ready or not, change is coming.
