Each Friday, we will be sharing stories from near and far to witness all the ways people go about living lives will occupied. Today we begin with someone very familiar to the blog— Christy Witkowski.

Christy is a recent OTA graduate who is part of the student cohort and original Team Solidago who has been working on getting this blog out to all of you. Her journey to OT was greatly influenced by our monthly theme reset, and it seemed most fitting that Christy be the first interview we share with you.

Also of note, this interview is conducted by Kary Gillenwaters, originator of the blog, and fellow inaugural Team Solidago OT students, Kim Frederickson and Marcie Israelson. Kim and Marcie are MN based OTD students.

We will share this interview in two parts to allow time to process and reflect on Christy’s experiences and what they might mean in your life. If you or someone you love is experience grief and loss, you may find comfort in hearing what has been most helpful to Christy. Today you will hear more about the resets that change the trajectory of what we envision for our lives and lessons learned from these moments.

**Trigger warning: This interview contains content about grief and loss.
