Seasonal Food to Refuel

One of my favorite summer recipes— particularly in August as the tomatoes become more plentiful in Minnesota, is Greek Salad. No lettuce— just a few key ingredients combine with more commonly available produce in late summer to create this side salad or even lunch. On Friday, we’ll hear more from Nutritionist and Spring Forest Qigong Instructor and Master Healer, Sue Crites on foods that best fuel us and much more.

Off to enjoy salad outdoors— enjoy!

What are your favorite foods or recipes of late summer?
