Sue Crites, Spring Forest Qigong, and One Way to Recalibrate

This week’s blog guest is Sue Crites. Sue is a Spring Forest Qigong instructor and Master Healer. We’ll share our conversation with you as a whole on Friday; until then we’d like to share a few focused areas of what we learned during our conversation with her that provide opportunities to learn more about one of the practices that can help people recalibrate— qigong.

This month will give us the opportunity to learn new things, experience familiar things in new ways, and to consider what else we may benefit from experiencing with fresh senses.

Today, we’d like to offer an introduction to Sue and Spring Forest Qigong practice with a video clip— for all the experiential learners out there— today’s post is especially for you.

And, if you are feeling playful— there are several elements that offer clues to what we will be learning this week with Sue. Can you guess three of them? The answers will be revealed by Friday.
